“My name is Damon Juarez, a minister of our Lord Jesus Christ. In 1998, God called us to His ministry and His words were, “I am going to provide for you.” Since then, God has kept His word. We have learned to trust and be totally dependent on God the Father and Jesus Christ. In 2023, the Lord has led us to develop and establish a campus ministry called CV Parsonage (CVP). CV Parsonage originates from the word parsonage, “a church house provided for a member of clergy” (New Oxford American Dictionary). He has provided this place on local campuses through Bible Clubs. We minister in the East Coachella Valley at the local high and middle schools. God has opened doors on the campuses at Amistad, Coachella, Desert Mirage, La Familia, and Indio High School. We work together with the administration at each school site, local pastors, churches, and other non-profit organizations to share with staff and students the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
Student Led Ministry
VISION STATEMENT
To be a witness of Jesus Christ on local high schools and to equip high school students to be witnesses on their campuses.
1. Trust the Lord’s leading to bring Godly teachers as the club’s advisor to help develop Bible Clubs and student leaders.
2. Help develop student leaders to be effective witnesses on their own campus through discipleship, leadership meetings, campus outreach, educational trips, and encourage weekly church attendance.
3. Reach out to students through volunteering at the high schools as a counselor, coach, or tutor.
4. Work together with local churches, community agencies, and government agencies for continued growth.
5. Creating a “circle of support” through friends and businesses who will partner with us by committing to pray for each other and help support us financially on a consistent monthly basis. God has placed faithful people to be a part of His promise spoken back in 1998. He has provided for His ministry and us through faithful people we have come to know and love.
